With a solid foundation set in Bangalore, we have now started operations in Pune. We have registered a growth of 100% year after year.

We are focused on creating physical environments that are in harmony with their surroundings. It is our attempt to give our buildings a character that is essentially grounded in nature. If you’re concerned about energy and environment, then we share something in common! Not only we are interested in protecting our environment, but we do it in interesting and innovative ways!
1. We use natural materials like wire-cut bricks, and exposed form finished concrete on all the exterior surfaces and natural stone floors and finishes even in the interiors. Our buildings have paint free exteriors which do not require any maintenance and are free from Toxic Chemicals present in the Paints.
2. Terrace gardens, creeper panels and plant friendly pergolas are the elements we adopt to bring our natural surroundings into our homes and work spaces.
3. Our living, breathing and conscious buildings incorporate ‘Rain Water Harvesting’ to recharge the ground water for reuse wherever possible.

I started Total Environment because I believed that I could enhance the quality of life for thousands of families by providing them with better designed spaces to live and work in. Spaces that are comfortable, friendly and warm, with every little detail sensitively designed and executed. I also believed that we could improve the quality of the built environment by creating buildings that are in harmony with the natural landscape.
In the eleven years since we started (1996), with just Rs. 10,000/-, we have been able to earn the Trust of over 500 customers that we have served and we are proud of the buildings and spaces we have built. We hope that those we create in the future will have an even greater positive impact on the world.
We are now embarking on larger projects in different parts of the country. These include a 1.8 million sft high-end residential development in Whitefield, Bangalore, a 1.7 million sft residential development in Hyderabad, a 200 acre mixed use development in Pune and a large 1200 acre township in Mysore. We are also setting up Serviced Apartments starting with Bangalore.
Total Environment is not a conventional company in any sense and we will never allow it to become one.
We love what we do and have a great time doing it. We have always believed in finding the solution within the problem itself - instead of looking outside. This has helped us innovate and create new concepts that have added great value for our customers - like a garden with every apartment, open kitchens, open bathrooms, corner study spaces, skywalks and a tool to help our customers customise every detail in their homes.
We have always focused on the long term. For us, profits are the oxygen we need to survive – a means to an end and not the end. We have invested all our earnings into a huge amount of the latest construction equipment, a 6-acre campus to enable all of us to work under one roof and have a lot of fun while we are at it, a sophisticated SAP ERP package and a very unique software tool we call e-Build that helps our customers personalise their spaces.
We already have some excellent people on board and are now looking for more hands-on, sensitive leaders to build a world-class professional team. We're looking for people who are not trapped by dogma. People who don't allow other's opinions drown their own inner voice. Most of all, people who have the courage to follow their heart and intuition.
